As far as we know, we are the only organisation in the entire water damage industry who fully document and validate their drying and hygiene cleaning as a matter of course. The documentation is provided to the client on completion of works undertaken after grey and black water incidents and surpasses “best practice” as described in the new British Standard PAS 64 “professional water damage mitigation and initial restoration of domestic dwellings”, newly published in 2005.

Simple application of disinfectants and chemicals by spray or fogging and applications of ozone are no longer best practice and can be a health hazard and should BY LAW be avoided and managed out of the project.

Unlike the rest of the industry, we don’t assume things are clean because they look clean. This is often NOT the case! We undertake hygiene testing whilst we are on site documenting the cleaning efficacy and ensuring a standard is met.

We certainly don’t guess that because the property looks dry, it is. We undertake in depth monitoring of structural materials, thermal imaging, environmental data logging, providing easy to read graphs on completion. To top it all we provide a certificate of drying showing start and end points meeting the requirements of BSI PAS 64.
